The first month of operation with the redesigned stainless steel duct system and the new flow indicator lights yielded measurable results. Before the intervention, the complex recorded a baseline consumption of 184 kW during peak air conditioning hours. After tuning the motorized dampers and calibrating the differential pressure sensors, that value stabilized at 142 kW.

The 22.8% reduction in fixed electrical demand was not the only change.
